On September 9, we will be leading an online program incorporating roundtable discussions preceded by a brief presentation exploring how alliance leaders are engineering value realization with a specific focus on addressing misalignment.

We’ll share some newly developed tools for making misalignment visible and defining the value each party must have to work through the misalignment. Importantly, alliance professionals must seek to prevent value erosion from the delay, team churn, and suboptimized decisions that occur when the partners are misaligned. We’ll also facilitate participants in discussing their experiences in managing strategic misalignment. At the end of September, ASAP ventures to London for the European version of the ASAP Summit, which we are pleased to once again sponsor.
